Digital strategy

At Getaway magazine, my role as digital editor entailed controlling the quality of content on all platforms, going out to over 500 000 combined followers. Apart from running our editorial content calendar, this involved conceptualising and rolling out digital campaigns, including promotions for newsstand sales, competitions, and events.

At the award-winning John Brown Media agency in Cape Town, I pitched and developed innovative campaigns using social media, newsletters, micro-sites and Facebook Canvases.

Food videos

Some of my favourite work involves conceptualising, pitching and directing food videos — many of the examples below are from Hot Cross Bun Week, for Pick n Pay’s Easter campaign.
